Box and Van Business
One account for the moving and delivery work your business keeps needing.
Stop treating every move, collection or delivery as a brand-new sourcing exercise. Box and Van gives your team one booking route, an approved-provider network and a portal built for repeat logistics.
The business case
Less time organising the logistics. More control over the work.
Use one business account across repeat moving and delivery jobs
Access providers that have passed Box and Van onboarding controls
Keep the quote, job scope and booking status in one system
Reuse regular locations, routes and booking templates on eligible plans
Give colleagues access without sharing one person's login or inbox
Use higher plans for approvals, reporting and stronger account support
Why businesses choose Box and Van
The value is bigger than simply booking a van.
Box and Van is designed to remove the repeated sourcing, coordination and admin that sits around moving work. The transport job still matters, but the system around it is what makes the service useful to a business over time.
One route to a provider network
Request moves, bulky-item deliveries, office work and supported clearance jobs through one Box and Van relationship instead of sourcing a new operator for every job.
Approved-provider controls
Active providers must meet the identity, insurance, vehicle and service-compliance requirements that apply to their work before they can receive jobs.
A recorded job scope
Addresses, access, items, timing, team requirements and extras are captured against the booking so everyone is working from the same job information.
Repeat work without starting again
Saved locations, repeat routes and reusable booking templates reduce repetitive admin for businesses that book similar work regularly.
Control for the whole team
Higher plans add multiple users, approval workflows and stronger account visibility so logistics do not have to sit with one person's inbox or phone.
Central finance and activity visibility
Keep quotes, jobs and account activity together, with stronger reporting and finance tools as the business plan increases.
What it can replace
Turn an ad-hoc process into a repeatable one.
If your team currently organises moving work manually, a business account creates one consistent route for requesting and managing it.
Searching for a suitable mover or van company each time
One Box and Van booking route backed by approved independent providers
Re-entering the same addresses and job details
Saved locations, repeat routes and reusable templates on eligible plans
Job information split across calls, messages and emails
A central quote and job record with the key booking details together
One person becoming the bottleneck for every booking
Team users and approval tools on higher business plans
Limited overview of repeat logistics activity
Dashboard, finance visibility and reporting based on plan level

Use one Box and Van account instead of treating each job as an unrelated enquiry.
Job pricing stays separate and transparent
The subscription covers account tools and support. Each transport job is still priced from its actual details.
Availability is confirmed per booking
Priority improves handling; it does not create a false guarantee that a specific provider or slot will always be available.
Questions before you choose
Understand what the plan does — and what it does not do.
What am I paying the monthly subscription for?
The subscription pays for the Box and Van business account, portal tools, account-level convenience and the support level included in your plan. Job prices are separate and are calculated from the details of each booking unless separate commercial terms are agreed in writing.
Is the monthly plan a discount on every job?
No. A business plan is primarily an operational tool. It makes repeat logistics easier to manage; it does not automatically reduce every job price.
Can I sign up online?
Yes. Self-serve Stripe subscription checkout is available from the plan buttons below. Guided setup is also available if you would rather speak to Box and Van first.
Does Priority Business guarantee a provider?
No. Higher plans improve account tools and handling priority, but no plan guarantees that a particular date, route or provider will be available unless that commitment is expressly confirmed for the booking.
Can more than one team member use the portal?
Yes, depending on the plan. Business Access supports one primary user, Priority Business supports up to five team users, and Managed Logistics Partner supports up to twenty.
