Who can participate?

The programme can support business partners such as estate agents, letting agents, storage companies and furniture retailers, and—when opened by Box & Van—existing customers and approved providers.

Referrers are introducers only. They must not quote prices, promise provider availability, collect booking money or make service commitments on behalf of Box & Van. Reward terms, where offered, are confirmed separately and only become payable after the applicable qualification checks.
