Box and Van arranges residential moves through approved independent provider businesses. Your booking is planned around the property size, item list, access, route, crew requirements and any extras you request.
The quote is based on the information you confirm before booking. If the scope materially changes — for example extra items, undeclared stairs, restricted access or a different route — the service plan or price may need to be updated before work begins.
Crew matched to the move
Crew and vehicle requirements are selected from the booking details rather than using a one-size-fits-all package.
Clear quote before checkout
Your quote shows the price for the details supplied, including applicable access, timing and add-on charges.
Planned booking window
Confirmed bookings include a scheduled service window and operational updates where available.

Current base option for a one-bedroom move before route, access, item, urgency and add-on adjustments.

The current 4-bed base is £1,395. Very large 5+ bedroom moves are routed for assisted review rather than a generic online floor price.

Provider standards
Provider checks before your job is offered.
Active providers must complete Box and Van onboarding and compliance checks.
Providers are required to hold at least £1,000,000 Public Liability cover and £10,000 Goods in Transit cover, plus valid Hire and Reward cover where required.
Booking details, support communications and job evidence can be retained against the job record.
If the item list, access, timing or other material booking details change, the price or service plan may also need to change before work begins.
