Know what the job includes before move day.
Office moves are priced around the number and type of items, access, route, required crew, timing and any dismantling or reassembly work. Larger or more complex moves may be routed to an assisted quote rather than instant self-service pricing.
Customers remain responsible for specialist IT shutdown, data security and technical reconnection unless a separate specialist service is expressly agreed.
Flexible scheduling requests
Evening or weekend requirements can be requested and are subject to provider availability and the applicable quote.
Declared equipment handling
Sensitive, heavy or high-value equipment should be declared so handling and insurance requirements can be checked.
Business account option
Repeat customers can use Box and Van Business plans for account-level booking, tracking and support features.

Office quotes depend on inventory, access, parking, route, crew, equipment, dismantling/reassembly and requested timing. Specialist IT work is not included unless expressly agreed.

Provider standards
Provider checks before your job is offered.
Active providers must complete Box and Van onboarding and compliance checks.
Providers are required to hold at least £1,000,000 Public Liability cover and £10,000 Goods in Transit cover, plus valid Hire and Reward cover where required.
Booking details, support communications and job evidence can be retained against the job record.
If the item list, access, timing or other material booking details change, the price or service plan may also need to change before work begins.
